Digital Product Policy

All embroidery designs are digital downloads and are non-refundable. Once an order has been processed and the files are downloaded, we cannot issue a refund due to the nature of digital products. However, we are committed to resolving any issues or concerns you may have.

Eligible Refunds/Exchanges

While refunds are not available for digital downloads, we offer the following resolutions:

File Errors:

• If there is an issue with the file itself (e.g., corrupt file, wrong format), we will provide a replacement file in the correct format or correct the issue.

Accidental Duplicate Purchase:

• If you accidentally purchase the same design more than once, we will either provide a store credit or refund for the duplicate item, provided it has not been downloaded.

Design Issues:

If you encounter any problems with the design (e.g., it does not stitch properly or as described), please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering troubleshooting assistance or providing an updated file.

Non-Eligible Refunds

We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

• The design was purchased but not used as intended (wrong fabric, improper machine settings, etc.).
• You changed your mind after purchase or no longer need the design.
• The file was downloaded successfully and there are no technical issues with it.
